Reflection: We have to be able to stand alone. We don't want to be like JamesOn Curry, a former basketball player, that just stood along with the wrong crowd and because of that his career was washed out. we have to dare to stand alone even when we are scared because we don't want to do the wrong thing or hang out with the wrong crowd.

Duties and Responsibilities: The responsibilities they have are that they oversee all the activities of a nursing home. These activities have to be according to established policies and federal and state guidelines.  They are also responsible for strategic planning and profitability and are accountable for all operations and programs.

Salary: The annual median salary is $99,566.

Education: You need a high school diploma, a high degree, and at least 10 years of direct experience in the field.  

Reflection: I wouldn’t want to be a nurse because there is a lot of competition to become one and also too many years to become a nursing home administrator.
