If You Don't Choose the Right, Then You Get Stung

If You Don't Choose the Right, Then You Get Stung.
Patrick was a little boy that lived in the Arabian Peninsula. His parents always told him to put on his shoes so he wouldn't get stung by a snake, scorpion, or thorns. One day he wanted to go on a small walk so he decided to wear flip flops instead of his shoes. When he was walking he felt something like a thorn sting him. When he looked down, he saw a scorpion. He felt pain rush into his leg and he called for help. His parents came rushing, put him a car, and took him to the nearest hospital. Patrick remembered how he thought he was going to die. They arrived in the hospital and the doctor applied anesthetics. This helped the pain to go away and for him to recover.
Reflection: What this experience shows me is that we should listen to our parents. They are not just wasting their breath, they want to us follow their rules so we don't get hurt. They are trying to protect us and listen to them benefits us too. I also learn not to be lazy to do something I know I should do  because if  I am then  the consequences might be bad.

Student Success Statement

"Always do right."
Mark Twain
Reflection: This quote is trying to tell us that we have to always do what is right because then we will live a happy life and not filled with problems such as drugs, jail time, or worse. Doing what is right doesn't mean what you think is right because you might think killing is right, it means what God thinks is right and if you don't believe in Him, then what your conscious tells you what is right. With that you can go into the right path and live a life not filled with problems.
