They also have to ensure that all poses are being done correctly and the clients don’t get themselves injured. This requires the therapist to have a close eye on all his/her clients and concise instruction. They also have to recognize their clients’ abilities.

average annual salary for a yoga therapist is $36,900.
Education: To
become a yoga therapist the person need a 200-hour basic certification program
to graduate and teach yoga in many group settings as therapist. If the person
wants to have a professional certification it takes 500 hours but allows the
person to open there own private practice.
Reflection: I don’t
think I would like to be one because I really am not flexible and also I don’t want
to be the cause of a person getting injured because they didn't know how to do
the pose.
