believe that the sneeze is when their soul leaves their body.

but it was started to get more common in 590 A.D.

This saying originated by the pope Gregory I saying it aloud
and telling people during the bubonic plague to whoever sneezed to bless them.
They did this because they thought sneezing was a symptom.
