Duties and Responsibilities: Some of the responsibilities of
these lawyers are that they have to prepare and examine contracts that consist
of sales, licenses, insurance, and more. They also give advice to companies and
take part in major legal actions. And finally among other things, they prepare
resolutions, reforms and are responsible to foreknow and protect companies
against legal risk.
Salary: The annual median salary for this type of lawyer is
$110,744.
Education: These lawyers must have graduated of an
accredited law school with 2-5 years of experience and they also have to be
admitted into the state bar.
Reflection: I would not like to be a lawyer because it takes
many years in that field by the time I finish I’ll be 28-32 years old. I don’t want
to waste that much time at school, I rather do other things such as travel.
